Hi and welcome to Miami!
Our home (Villa Gemelli) is located in a quiet & safe residential area of North Miami. Very quick access by car to all major roadways. It is just 15 minutes by car from most tourist attractions, the biggest shopping mall attractions in South Florida (Sawgrass Mills Mall, Dolphin Mall, Aventura Mall), gyms, shopping areas, beaches (including the Gay nude Haulover beach), clubs, bars and the Gay area in South Beach!

It is close (by car, taxi or shuttle) to both airports and cruise ports: Miami International and Fort Lauderdale airports/Port of Miami and Port Everglades cruise ports.

High Speed WiFi, Outdoor BBQ & Outdoor Jacuzzi is available.
Fully fenced in and private backyard with a pergola and shade to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the warm outdoors all year long.

If you are two people: Keep in mind that the double bed can sleep two. If you and your companion prefer to sleep separately, there is a small, one-person mattress (pull-out) as well within the same room (a bit tide but manageable).

No drugs. No visitors at anytime. Non-smoking house (outdoor smoking area available). We keep our place clean and organized. Two nights minimum stay.

Rental to male guests only. Two small friendly dogs on premises.

Miami is a large city and most places are spread out all over. Public Transportation stops are close by (will take you 40-60 minutes to get to most tourist places). We highly recommend that you do rent a car. Assigned and free parking is available in our home for your rental car.
